Timeline (14 days)

Day 1–2:

What you provide

A CSV export of leads/customers (name, mobile, email if you have it, last job date if available)

A dedicated number to answer calls and return missed calls same day

Price (v1)

$1,500 AUD upfront for the 14-Day Sprint. This is v1 pricing for the first 3. It goes up from 4 onwards.

Risk reversal (keep it simple)

If you don’t get at least 5 booked appointment requests in 14 days and you followed the reply handling rules (answer/return calls same day), I’ll run another 14 days free on the next segment of your list.

Is this spam?

No. This is reactivation to people already in your database. Every SMS includes a simple opt-out.

Do I need HighLevel already?

No. I can set up a starter account or connect your existing one. You cover the HighLevel subscription and SMS costs. (I’ll cover costs for the first 3).

What list size do I need?

Minimum 200 contacts with mobile numbers. 500+ is better.

What if my data is messy?

Fine. We tag what we can, exclude junk, and start with the cleanest segment first.

Do you guarantee revenue?

No. I guarantee booked appointment requests if the inputs are there and your office handles replies properly.

Can you do this for multiple plumbers?

Not right now. This is a first 3-client run.
